Artigianfer was founded in 1997 by Mario Benedetti and Pietro Campagnacci, craftsmen who make wrought iron and hand-forged iron. Iron is not a precious metal, but it can be made into precious shapes through artistic craftsmanship. We still hand-forge iron using the basic tools of old-fashioned blacksmiths, in order to make an artistic product distinctive of Umbrian craftsmanship – unique and of the finest quality – for any type of furnishing, both indoor and outdoor: wrought-iron beds, chairs and tables, as well as curtain rods, side tables, lamps and chandeliers, furniture, benches, sconces, table lamps, candlesticks and candelabras, floor lamps, glass cabinets, fireplace fittings, coat racks, umbrella stands and other items and complements for indoor and out door use. We also make gazebos, lanterns and lampposts, hammocks and so on – all of which are carefully finished with hot-hammering, bolting and waxing. Artigianfer also makes gates, railings and stairs for homes and companies. We offer free onsite surveys in Umbria and estimates at no charge.
